Master of Science application

Please note we allow only one application for one Delft based or Joint programme simultaneously in the same academic year. However, if you wish to apply for an Erasmus Mundus programme, you can also apply for either the Delft-based MSc in Water and Sustainable Development or the Delft-based Research MSc in Water and Sustainable Development. You are kindly requested to apply to one Erasmus Mundus programme only in a particular year. Please limit your applications to the programme for which you stand a fair chance of being selected and which best meets your academic background, possible work experience, future plans and which interests you mostly.

IHE Delft offers several master programmes:

MSc in Water and Sustainable Development (12 months) — This Delft-based programme starts at the end of October.

Research MSc in Water and Sustainable Development (22 months) — This Delft-based programme starts at the end of October.

Joint programmes are offered in cooperation with one or more partner university/universities in or outside Europe. After successful completion of the programme, students receive a double or joint master degree. Some joint programmes are Erasmus Mundus programmes.

Choose which programme you want to apply for: you can apply only for one programme per academic year, unless you apply for an Erasmus Mundus programme. If you apply for one or several Erasmus Mundus programmes, you can also apply for one other MSc or joint programme. Only apply to a programme if you have the right academic qualifications and, if relevant, work experience. Select the programme which suits your academic background and ambitions best.

Before you start your application, read the information on the various IHE Delft MSc programmes. If you have any queries, check our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
